Springbrook is a small Gold Coast hinterland settlement 106 km south of Brisbane. It sits at 900 m above sea level and is known for its fabulous national park covering almost 3 000 ha of waterfalls, particularly Purlingbrook, rainforest walking trails and wildlife. Springbrook NP is divided into 3 sections - Springbrook Plateau, Mt Cougal & Natural Bridge.
